Art, Drama and Music

The Arts hold an important place in our school, providing a variety of opportunities for performance and visual arts across all aspects supporting our commitment to developing students creativity and enhancing their ability to think ‘outside the box’; an attribute greatly sought after across the school community.

At the end of each year we hold a school concert. These opportunities develop confidence in our students and we have seen significant improvement in both performance and audience skills.

Our whole school programs are complemented by several private music providers who teach piano and guitar.

Our specialist Performing Arts teacher provides learning opportunities across a range of mediums and our students produce high quality, creative work throughout the year. There is a strong focus on creating artworks that reflect the individual style and interpretation of all students. With great pride, student performances occur at the end of the school year for the wider community when the opportunity arises.
